【Abstract】 On October 18, 2017, the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China mentioned that "we should stick to the position that houses are for people to live in, not for speculation,and speed up the establishment of a multi-subject supply,multi-channel security, and simultaneous rent and purchase, so that all people can live in houses." In the new era, it has become an irreversible trend for housing to return to residential property and real estate to industrial property.After more than 30 years of development,Vanke has become China’s leading urban and rural construction and life service providers, its business includes China’s most dynamic three economic circle and the central and western key cities. This paper made a comprehensive analysis of the financial indicators of Vanke group, so as to find a series of problems in Vanke and put forward targeted suggestions.更多还原
