【摘要】 <正>抗精神病药阿米舒必利又名氨磺必利,英文名是Amisulpride,外观为白色至类白色结晶性粉末,分子式是C17H27N3O4S,CAS NO:71675-85-9。它是一种特异性D2/D3,受体拮抗剂,也是一种多巴胺激动剂。据报道,小剂量用药（25～50mg/d）可以治疗心境恶劣、急性及慢性精神分裂症之正性及负性

【Abstract】 Amisulpride is a specific D2/D3 acceptor antagonist,which can be used to cure the positive and negative symptom of the acute or chronic schizophrenia.2-Methoxy- 4-amino-5-ethylsulphonyl benzoic acid is an important intermediate for synthesizing amisulpride.Four methods for synthesizing 2-methoxy-4-amino-5-ethylsulphonyl benzoic acid are introduced in this paper,and their applications in synthesis of amisulpride are studied.
