发动机塑料进气歧管结构设计及CAE分析
Structural Design and CAE Analysis of Engine Plastic Intake Manifold
【摘要】 在汽车发动机塑料进气歧管三维型腔设计方案确定的基础上,进行了塑料进气歧管的结构设计和焊接设计,并对进气歧管进行了CAE分析;计算结果显示,进气歧管在爆破压力、振动应力方面能满足强度要求,所设计的进气歧管满足最初的设计目标要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the determination of the three-dimensional cavity design scheme of the plastic intake manifold in automobile engine, this paper carries out the structural design, welding design and the CAE analysis of the plastic intake manifold. The calculation results show that the intake manifold can meet the strength requirements in terms of burst pressure and vibration stress, and the designed intake manifold meets the original design goals.
