【Abstract】 The condition of using ZGM95 pulverizer roller is introduced. Through the analysis of the weldability of pulverizer roller,how to guarantee the welding quality by controlling the energy of welding wires is discussed. When the old pulverizer roller would be considered to discard as useless due to wear and tear,a type of wear-resistant metallic material shall be overlaid,in order to make the new pulverizer roller have better exhaustion-resistant ability,hardness,wear-resistant ability;this technology will lead to considerable economic profits and social benefits.更多还原
