城市扩张对西湖龙井茶园用地及发展影响分析

【摘要】 以杭州市优质品种西湖龙井为主的茶叶用地为例,利用GIS空间分析方法进行茶叶用地适宜性评价,并结合城市规划空间布局方案,分析了未来城市建设用地扩张对茶叶用地在数量与质量上的潜在影响。结果表明:1杭州市现有建设用地对优质茶叶用地形成明显的包围态势,2005—2020年,西湖区建设用地扩张的幅度很大,超过了100%;2按照城市规划方案,研究区将减少茶叶用地面积42.08hm2,有1 138.24hm2的茶叶用地也将受到建设用地扩张和城市交通建设征地的威胁;3基于缓冲区的分析是支撑规划决策的有效方法,规划建设用地500m、1 000m、1 500m缓冲区和主干道路1 000m缓冲区内的茶园影响幅度分别为18.95%、35.56%、60.7%、5.38%。

【Abstract】 Tea production is one of leading agricultural industries in Hangzhou. We choose the tea land which plant West Lake Longjing Tea as a case and use Spatial Analysis method of GIS to evaluate the suitability of the tea land. And then talk about the potential threat of expansion of urban construction land on the tea land in the future combined with the plan data. The result shows that the high-class tea land has been surrounded by the existing construction land obviously. The range of construction land expansion in Xihu District exceeds 100%. The research area will reduce 42.08hm2 tea land as the existing urban planning and 1 138.24 hm2 tea land will be affected by construction land expansion and the development of transportation. Because of that, we should consider about the affection on the tea land when we make a plan of construction land to reinforce the protection of traditional and characteristic agriculture.
