大学教师心理健康、职业枯竭与主观幸福感的相关研究

【摘要】 大学教师生活满意度处于中等偏上水平,所体验到的正性情感相对较多,负性情感相对较少;自测健康状况处于中等以上水平;去人性化和认知枯竭状况处于中等水平,情绪衰竭和低个人成就感较严重。生活满意度与自测健康三个维度成显著正相关,与职业枯竭五个维度成显著负相关;正性情感、情感平衡与自测健康的三个维度成正相关,与职业枯竭五个维度成负相关;负性情感与自测健康的三个维度成负相关,与职业枯竭五个维度成正相关。

【Abstract】 The living satisfaction of university teachers is above medium,which means that the positive emotion they have experienced is comparatively more than the negative emotion.Their self-evaluated health status is at the above-medium level.Their status of de-personalization and cognitive burn-out are at medium,whereas their emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement are at a serious status.The living satisfaction is in significant positive correlation with the three dimensions of the self-evaluated health,and in negative correlation with the five dimensions of job burn-out.The positive emotion and emotional balance are in positive correlation with the three dimensions of the self-evaluated health,and in negative correlation with the five dimensions of job burn-out.While the negative emotion is in negative correlation with the three dimensions of the self-evaluated health status,and in positive correlation with the five dimensions of job burn-out.
