含氟抗菌单体应用于口腔粘接材料的研究
Study on the Application of Fluorinated Antibacterial Monomers in Oral Adhesive Materials
【摘要】 高强度、高耐磨性且抗菌效果好的口腔粘接材料具有较高的临床价值。为了提高口腔粘接材料的临床应用效果,考虑将含氟抗菌单体应用于口腔粘接材料的制备中,并对其性能展开分析。首先,将1-氯代十二烷与1-乙烯基咪唑混合得到中间体,再将中间体与乙醚和乙酸乙酯混合,经沉淀后得到白色粉末状固体。粉末经去离子水溶解后,滴入氟化银试剂,再经低速离心处理后得到含氟抗菌单体,将其加入到牙本质粘接剂Prime&Bond NT中,制备得到含氟抗菌单体的口腔粘接材料。测试结果表明:含氟抗菌单体口腔粘接材料具有明显的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和链球菌的能力,且多次测试后,材料的最大剪切力值、最大拉力以及硬度的平均值分别可达到28.6 MPa、49.2 MPa和87.5 Shore D,说明材料具有更优的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Dental adhesive materials with high strength, high wear resistance and good antibacterial effects have high clinical value. In order to improve the clinical application effect of oral adhesive materials, the fluorinated antibacterial monomers are applied in the preparation of oral adhesive materials and their performance is analyzed. Firstly, the intermediate is obtained by mixing 1-chlorododecane with 1-vinylimidazole. Then, the inter-mediate is mixed with ether and ethyl acetate; and after the sediment, a white powdery solid is obtained. The powder is dissolved in deionized water and the silver(I) fluoride reagent is dropped into it, then the fluorinated antibacterial monomers are obtained after being centrifuged at a low speed,which is added to the dentin adhesive Prime&Bond NT to prepare the oral adhesive material containing fluorinated antibacterial monomer. The test re-sults show that the oral adhesive material containing fluorinated antibacterial monomer has obvious ability to inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Strep-tococcus aureus, and after repeated tests, the maximum shear force, maximum tensile force and average hardness of material can reach 28.6 MPa, 49.2MPa and 87.5 Shore D respectively, indicating that the material has better mechanical properties.
