基于翼伞回收助推器的遥控遥测系统设计
Remote Control and Telemetry System Design Based on Parafoil Recovery Booster
【摘要】 遥控遥测系统是翼伞回收助推器的重要组成部分,翼伞定点回收必须在回收过程中实时掌握助推器的各类遥测参数,通过遥测参数判定翼伞的飞行状态是否健康,一旦出现偏航可以通过遥控手段实时调整飞行姿态。文章介绍了一种能够实现实时采集助推器运动状态,并可以根据遥测数据对系统状态进行观察、判断,决定并执行控制权在箭上和地面自由切换的遥控遥测系统,该系统由箭载数传机和箭上天线,地面测控一体机和地面天线组成,其设计通过了系统测试和专项试验验证,结果表明:用于火箭助推器回收的翼伞遥控遥测系统设计,能够实现助推器回收过程中遥测数据采集和归航模式切换的功能,能够助力火箭助推器安全回收和定点归航。
【Abstract】 The remote control and telemetry system is an important part of the parafoil recovery booster,during the recovery process,the various telemetry parameters of the booster must be mastered in real time,and the flight status of the parafoil can be determined by telemetry parameters.Once yaw occurs,the flight attitude can be adjusted in real time by means of remote control.This paper introduces a kind of remote telemetry system which can realize the real-time acquisition of the motion state of the booster,observe and judge the system state according to the telemetry data,and decide and execute the free switch of the control right on the arrow and on the ground.The system is composed of land data transmission,the antenna on the arrow,the ground measurement and control integrated machine and the ground antenna.The design of the system has passed the system text and special text validation,which shows that the design of parafoil remote telemetry system for rocket booster recover can realize the telemetry data collection and homing mode switching function in the process of booster recovery,and help the rocket booster recover safely and fixed-point homing.
