数控蜗杆砂轮磨齿机的软件设计
THE SOFTWARE DESIGN OF CNC WORM WHEEL GEAR GRINDING MACHINE
【摘要】 本文叙述了以STDPC/XT机为核心构成的数控磨齿机系统的结构、软件设计和特点;系统采用混合语言编程,极大地提高了软件设计的灵活性和快速性.文中还分析了CNC系统的加工方法,并给出多轴伺服控制的插补算法与实现.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure, the software design and the features of NC gear grinding machine system with STD PC/XT microcomputer at the kernel.Mixed-language programming is used in the system to promote the fastness and flexibility of software design.The CNC processing method is analysed,and the interpolation algorithm of multi-axis servo control is discussed and realized.
