交联型水基PUR膜的制备及其交联机理

【摘要】 合成了以UCARLNKXL-29SE为交联剂的交联型水基聚氨酯(PUR)膜,并研究了交联剂的质量分数对其静态和动态力学性能、耐水性能的影响。结果发现,此交联剂可以显著改善水基PUR膜的拉伸强度、撕裂性能、耐水性和较宽温度范围内的动态力学模量。通过对交联机理的分析还发现,对于该交联型水基PUR膜,40℃是最佳成膜温度。

【Abstract】 The crosslinked waterborne polyurethane (PUR) membrane was prepared with UCARLNK XL-29 SE as crosslinking agent. The effects of mass fraction of the crosslinking agent on the static and dynamic physical properties and water resistance of the membrane were studied. The results indicate that the crosslinking agent can significantly improve the tensile strength, tear strength, water resistance and the dynamic mechanical properties in a wide temperature range. The optimum membrane formation temperature of the crosslinked waterborne PUR is found out to be 40 ℃ through the analysis of crosslinking mechanism.
