知信行模式结合健康教育对COPD患者健康行为及肺功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨知信行模式结合健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者健康行为及肺功能的影响。方法 随机抽样法将2019年1月至2020年12月收治的60例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组接受健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上加用知信行模式干预。对比2组健康行为、肺功能指标和生活质量情况。结果 干预前,2组患者健康行为评分、肺功能指标水平、SGRQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后研究组健康行为评分、肺功能指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05),SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者在接受健康教育的同时,接受知信行模式干预,可有效促进其健康行为的养成,改善肺功能,提高生活质量,该联合模式在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of knowledge-attitude-practice mode combined with health education on the healthy behavior and lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study, who were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group received health education, however, those in research group, on the basis of control group, were given knowledge-attitude-practice mode intervention.The health behavior, lung function and the other indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in health behavior score, lung function and SGRQ score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3-month intervention, the health behavior scores and lung function level in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however, the SGRQ scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice mode intervention on the basis of health education can effectively promote the formation of healthy behaviors of patients with COPD,improve lung function and life quality of patients, thus, which is of important clinical application value.
