基于机器学习的航姿预测算法
Heading and Attitude Prediction Algorithm Based on Machine Learning
【摘要】 航姿指的是航空器运行的实时动态,可以用俯仰角、横滚角和航向角进行表示。一个简单且有效的航姿预测和分析模型不仅可以为航空器提供可靠和安全的保证,还可以检测异常飞行情况进行告警,防止潜在危险的发生。文章利用机器学习提出了一种航姿预测算法,通过该算法生成的预测模型对俯仰角进行预测,并使用均方误差指标对预测模型和当前现有的算法评价对比。评价结果显示,预测模型的均方误差(MSE)为0.77,远低于当前现有算法的误差2.66。
【Abstract】 Heading and attitude means the real-time dynamics of aircraft operation, which can be expressed by the Pitch angle,the Roll angle and the Yaw angle. A simple and effective heading attitude prediction and analysis model can not only provide a reliable and safe guarantee for the aircraft, but also detect abnormal flight conditions and alert them to prevent potential hazards.This paper uses machine learning to propose a heading and attitude prediction algorithm. The prediction model generated by the algorithm is used to predict the pitch angle, and the Mean Square Error(MSE) index is used to evaluate and compare the difference between the prediction model and current existing algorithm. The evaluation results show that the Mean Square Error of the prediction model is 0.77, which is much lower than the current existing algorithm’s error of 2.66.
