连续箱梁桥混凝土冬季施工技术研究

【摘要】 混凝土工程的冬季施工是一个技术难点.控制混凝土的早期冻伤,保证浇筑后混凝土的温、湿度,才能确保混凝土的质量.以挂篮悬臂施工的预应力混凝土连续梁桥为依托,从混凝土的原材料选择、配合比设计、搅拌、运输、浇筑、养护、温度监测等方面,研究了多跨连续变截面箱梁桥冬季混凝土施工的关键技术及实施效果.可为同类工程施工提供有益的参考.

【Abstract】 Winter construction of concrete is a difficult technical problem. Only controlling the concrete early frostbited and ensuring the temperature and humidity of concrete after casting can ensure the quality of concrete. Based on the construction of a prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge by casting-in-cantilever method,the key techniques and application effects of winter construction of concrete for this bridge were studied in the aspects of the selection of raw materials of concrete,mix proportion design of concrete,casting and transportation of concrete,curing and temperature monitoring,etc.. The result could provide a helpful reference for the construction of similar engineerings.
