本体阻燃光固化树脂的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of Ingrain Fireproofing Photocurable Resin and Its Properties
【摘要】 通过环磷酸酐(OP)开环后与丙烯酸羟乙酯反应制得含磷丙烯酸羟乙酯单体(OPEA),采用FTIR、1 HNMR对其结构进行了表征。将所合成的OPEA与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(ET8800)组成UV固化树脂ET/OPEA体系,OPEA与ET8800以不同比例混合固化成一系列的样品,通过TGA-IR、LOI和垂直燃烧等级测试,考察了OPEA加入量对UV固化树脂ET/OPEA体系热性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,OPEA加入量为25%时,LOI从18.5提高到23.3,垂直燃烧等级为V-0级;降解过程中气体释放量降低,体系的残炭量从4.07%提高到7.41%。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyethyl acrylate monomer containing phosphorus(OPEA)was synthesized by an esterification reaction of ring-opened cyclic phosphoric anhydride(OP)and hydroxyethyl acrylate.The structure of OPEA was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.The synthesized OPEA and polyurethane acrylate(ET8800)were combined to form UV curing resin ET/OPEA system,in which OPEA and ET8800 were mixed in different proportions to cure and formed a series of samples.The effects of OPEA dosage on the thermal and flame retardant properties were investigated by TGA-IR,limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical burning level test.The results showed that,when OPEA dosage was 25%,the LOI increased from 18.5to 23.3and the vertical burning level reached V-0grade.During the degradation process,the amount of gas released decreased,while the amount of residual char increased from 4.07%to 7.41%.
