基于物理-数据融合的数字化楼宇用电模型构建方法

【摘要】 随着智能终端和传感器的广泛应用,结构、环境、电气以及人员行为等多元参数的实时采集与传输使楼宇具有了数字化特性,从而使对数字化楼宇的电能利用进行动态精细化分析成为了可能。然而,基于单一物理或数据建模的楼宇用电分析方法在实际应用中均存在一定计算误差。提出一种基于物理-数据融合思路的数字化楼宇用电模型构建方法,结合静态与动态的多元数据,在保留楼宇热-电转换的因果关系基础上,可通过真实量测数据修正楼宇用电物理模型,实现精细化的楼宇用电能效分析。通过某数字化楼宇实测数据验证,表明所提出的方法具有准确性和合理性。

【Abstract】 Recently,intelligent terminals and sensors have been widely used in distribution system.The real-time collection and transmission of multi-parameters such as architectural structure,surroundings,supply of electricity and people’s behavior increase the digital character of buildings,which makes it possible to analyze the power utilization of digital buildings dynamically and intensively.However,in practical application,both single physical model and statistical power consumption model will lead to deviation.This paper proposes a digital buildings power consumption modeling method based on the physical-statistical model,which,on the basis of the thermoelectric conversion of buildings,uses measured multi-parameters to revise the traditional single physical consumption model,in order to analyze the buildings power consumption intensively.The validity and accuracy of the proposed method is verified by field data of a digital building.
