榆林市工业固体废弃物现状与应用进展

【摘要】 陕西省榆林市是我国煤炭资源富集区和国家级煤化工基地,同时也是拟建的国家级大宗固体废弃物综合利用基地之一,因此厘清榆林市固体废弃物现状及研究进展具有重要的现实指导意义。鉴于此,通过资料查阅、野外调研和统计分析相结合的研究方法,系统剖析榆林市五种典型固体废弃物即气化渣、电石渣、粉煤灰、金属镁渣、煤矸石的来源、现状、性质和主要应用途径。发现目前该区域固体废弃物的研究路径具有利用率低、成本高、规模化效应差的特点,建议基于固体废弃物全产业链理念和资源化利用思路,在体制机制创新基础上,探索工业固体废弃物处置无害化+消纳本地化相结合、低值规模化+高值精细化相结合、环境效应跟踪监测+综合利用装备系统研发相结合的综合利用路径。期望为大宗固体废弃物综合利用基地高质量建设与发展提供支撑。

【Abstract】 Yulin is a placewith abundantcoal resource, a national coal chemical industry base as well as one of the planned national bases for comprehensive utilization of bulk solid waste.Therefore, it is of important practical guiding significance to clarify the statusof and researchesin solid wastes in Yulin.This paper systematically analyzes the sources, status, properties and main application approaches of five typical solid wastes in Yulin city, including gasification slag, calcium carbide slag, fly ash, magnesium slag and coal gangue, by means of data review, field investigation and statistical analysis.The research pathsfor solid waste utilization in Yulin are featured by low utilization, high cost and poor scale benefit.It is suggestedupon the principles of whole industry chain of solid waste and resource recycling that, on the basis of system and mechanism innovation, to explore the routes of industrial solid wastes harmless disposal+local utilization, large scale low added-value+small scale high added-value reclaiming, and environmental effect monitoring+R & D of equipment systems.
