电石渣陶瓷裂纹釉的制备与研究

【摘要】 以电石渣替代钙质原料制备了熔块釉,采用干法施釉和一次烧成工艺,制备了裂纹釉陶瓷样品.采用加和性公式计算釉的主要性能,探索了影响釉层开裂的影响因素.采用高温显微镜、体式显微镜、反光显微镜观察釉料熔融特性和釉层开裂的情况.结果表明,化学组成、保温时间、施釉量都会影响釉层的开裂效果.当化学组成和烧成工艺确定后,施釉量的影响比较显著.釉的硬度除了与化学组成有关,还与保温时间、施釉量有关.釉的硬度测试数据与加和性计算结果相关性较高.

【Abstract】 The fritted glaze was prepared with carbide slag instead of calcareous material,and the cracking glaze ceramic samples were prepared by dry glazing and single firing process.The main properties of glaze are calculated by adding formula and the influencing factors of glaze cracking are explored.The melting characteristics of glaze and the cracking situations of glaze layer were observed by high temperature microscope,type microscope and reflective microscope.The results show that chemical composition,holding time and glazing quantity all affect the cracking effect of glaze layer.When chemical composition and firing process are determined,the glazing quantity has a significant influence on the cracking status of glaze layer.The hardness of glaze is not only related to the chemical composition,but also related to the holding time and the glazing quantity.The hardness test data of glaze and the summative calculation result are fitted with high degree.
