【摘要】 目的 ：实施多学科合作的目标管理方案，为临床管理者降低脑肿瘤患者术后误吸发生率提供参考。方法 ：对天津市某三级甲等专科医院2022年4月—9月行脑肿瘤切除术的患者实施为期6个月的降低误吸发生率质量改进项目。应用目标管理理论，设立改善目标并构建多学科合作的目标管理方案，实施并进行质量评价，通过评估结果改进行动，观察集束化措施完成率和误吸发生率的变化。结果 ：在项目末期，误吸发生率较基线明显降低（P<0.05），过程指标3项措施执行完成率≥95%,1项措施执行完成率≥90%，达成目标。结论 ：实施多学科合作的目标管理方案可降低脑肿瘤患者术后误吸发生率，促进护理质量提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To implement the goal-based management plan of multidisciplinary cooperation, and to provide reference for nurses to reduce the incidence of postoperative aspiration in patients with brain tumors. Methods: A goal-based management plan was applied in patients received brain tumor resection in a tertiary grade A specialist hospital from April to September 2022, including formulating improvement goals, plans, implementation and quality evaluation, and adjusting actions based on evaluation results with a duration of 6 months. Completion rate of measures and aspiration rate were collected. Results: The target was achieved at the end of the project, the incidence of aspiration was significantly reduced compared with the baseline(P<0.05), and the completion rate of 3 measures in the process was ≥ 95%, and the completion rate of 1 measure was ≥ 90%. Conclusion: The implementation of multidisciplinary goal-based management plan can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration in patients with brain tumors and promote the nursing quality.更多还原
