【摘要】 在箱梁现浇过程中由条件限制易导致各种质量缺陷的发生。针对梁面混凝土干缩产生裂纹,采用压力灌胶封闭;对于预应力张拉钢绞线断丝滑丝现象,采用换束处理;对于梁底砼外观缺陷问题,采用聚合物砂浆进行修补。上述措施的采用,有效保证了箱梁现浇过程中的混凝土质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various quality defects occur during the construction of cast-in-place box girders because of conditional restrictions.Aiming at solving the problem of concrete shrinkage of the girder surface which often results in cracks,the technique of pressure-gum-grouting is adopted for sealing;changing steel tendons is performed to overcome the defect of broken reinforcing wires;polymer grouting is performed to mend the surface imperfection in the bottom concrete of the girder.With the above-mentioned measures taken,concrete quality is effectively ensured in the course of the construction of cast-in-place box girders.更多还原
