地铁盾构机始发反力架体系设计及受力分析研究
Design and Force Analysis of Starting Support System of Subway Shield
【摘要】 以南宁地铁4号线某盾构始发为背景,介绍了盾构始发反力架体系的设计构造,计算分析了各部件的受力机理,利用Midas civil有限元软件进行了数值模拟,得到了始发阶段各部件的受力及位移情况,将计算及模拟同实施效果进行比对,数值模拟结果更接近实际,其研究成果可为类似施工提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the background of the starting of a shield on Nanning Metro Line 4, this paper introduces the design and structure of shield starting counterforce frame system, and calculates and analyzes the force mechanism of each component, and uses Midas civil finite element software to carry out numerical simulation analysis, the calculation and simulation are compared with the implementation. The numerical simulation results are closer to reality, and the research results are designed to provide reference for similar construction.
