【摘要】 为探讨补中益气汤在混合痔术后的镇痛作用机制,将120只健康昆明小鼠随机分为对照组、阿司匹林组、补中益气汤小剂量组和补中益气汤大剂量组,各30只,分别给予生理盐水、阿司匹林0.2 g/kg、浓缩成100%（1 g/m1）和400%（4 g/ml）的补中益气汤浓煎剂灌胃,灌胃量均为0.2 ml/（10 g·d）,连续给药5 d。测定各组小鼠疼痛阈值、扭体反应、麻醉药物代谢时间及血清前列腺素E₂（prostaglandin E₂,PG E₂）含量,并进行对比分析。结果显示,补中益气汤灌胃后小鼠的疼痛阈值明显升高,扭体初次时间延迟、单位时间扭体次数减少,麻醉苏醒时间延迟,血清中PGE₂含量明显下降。结果表明,补中益气汤可提高疼痛阈值、疼痛耐受程度,延缓麻醉剂代谢时间,降低血清中PGE₂含量,其用于混合痔术后镇痛的作用可能是通过以上途径实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to probe into the analgesia mechanism of decoction for reinforcing middle-energizer and replenishing Qi following mixed hemorrhoids operation,randomly divided 120 health Kunming mice into control group,aspirin group,and group of large dosage decoction,as well as group of small dosage decoction,n=30 for each group;to above four groups gave normal saline,aspirin（0.2 g/kg）,small dosage decoction（1 g/ml,concentrated 100%） and large dosage decoction（4 g/ml,concentrated 400%）,respectively;administration by gavage 0.2 ml/（10g·d） in each group for 5 days tested the pain threshold value of every group,and recorded their time-number of writhing body action and metabolic time of anesthesic drugs,detected serum prostaglandin E₂（PGE₂） level;then compared and analysis above values between 4groups.As results,compared with control group and aspirin group after pouring the decoction into mice’s stomach the pain threshold value was significantly lifted,the time of first writhing body was delayed,the time-number of writhing body per unit of time reduced,anesthesic emergence time was delayed,and serum PGE₂ level significantly declined.Results show that this decoction can enhance pain threshold value,and tolerable degree to pain,retard metabolism of anesthesia drugs,reduce serum PGE₂ level,these actions just are that make postoperative analgesia in hemorrhoids patients being performed.更多还原
