【摘要】 文化同政党的关系至关重要。一个政党要保持自己的先进性 ,其重要的条件之一 ,就是要使自己代表先进文化的前进方向。本文从文化在当今新科技革命条件下的重大社会作用的角度论证了政党同文化的关系 ,提出 :一个政党要代表并体现先进的文化 ,必须实现有关文化的“四性”和“两满足”。就是说 ,这个政党所代表的文化要能满足当时社会在政治、经济和精神生活上对它的需要 ,要能满足文化本身所固有的四个属性 ,即包容性、宽容性、多样性和创造性。这是衡量一个政党所代表的文化是否具有先进性的尺度。从这个尺度出发 ,文章分时期评述了苏共文化代表资格演变的历史过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural factor is most vital to a political party. An important condition for a political party to maintain its advanced nature is to represent the orientation of its advanced culture. The article verifies the relations of culture to the political party from an angle of the important role played by culture in the contemporary new high tech revolution. It advances the proposition that in order to represent and embody advanced culture, a political party must represent a culture that can satisfy the needs of the political, economic and cultural lives of the times and contains the compatibility, magnitude, diversity and creativity inherent in culture. This is the yardstick for measuring a political party whether it is progressive or not. Proceeding from that yardstick, the article makes a comment on the historical process of culture representation evolution of the Soviet Communist Party.更多还原
