安定区落实“三农”工作“5678”关键指标的现状分析与对策建议——基于YQ村的调研

【摘要】 定西市率先提出“三农”工作“5678”关键指标，为“十四五”期间乃至更长一段时期内“三农”工作发展具有重要指导意义。安定区农业现代化程度较低，农村基础设施欠账较大，农民人均纯收入较低的问题仍然存在。建议农业层面通过水利设施建设和现代农业科技改善农业生产条件，逐步改变“靠天吃饭”的现状，提高优势特色产业竞争力。农村层面加强基础设施和公共服务建设，进一步彰显农村优势，吸引人口和资本回乡。农民层面转变思想观念，提升综合素质，激发内生动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dingxi City is the first to put forward the "5678" key indicators for the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", which has important guiding significance for the development of the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and even for a longer period of time. The problems of low degree of agricultural modernization, large arrears of rural infrastructure and low per capita net income of farmers still exist in Anding District. It is suggested that the agricultural level should improve the agricultural production conditions through the construction of water conservancy facilities and modern agricultural science and technology, gradually change the current situation of "relying on natural conditions for a living", and improve the competitiveness of industries with advantages and characteristics. At the rural level, we will strengthen the construction of infrastructure and public services, further highlight the advantages of rural areas,and attract population and capital to return home.
