变电二次设备健康状态指标评价及检修系统优化

【摘要】 该文以110 kV变电站为例,设计变电二次设备健康状态指标评价及检修系统,从二次设备健康模型的构建分析入手,介绍二次设备健康模型的结构及构建方法。然后阐述二次设备状态评价指标的选择方式,提出利用层次分析法确定二次设备状态评价模型的指标权重,利用模糊综合评价理论,结合运用层次分析方法对二次设备的状态进行评价,并给出变电站站端二次设备在线监视系统的实现路径。此系统用于实时监测二次设备的运行状态,并对二次设备可用性、安全性、设备性能进行持续性评价,最后分析此系统实际运行效果,验证此系统能够及时发现二次设备故障问题,利于保障变电站所有设备的安全与稳定运行。

【Abstract】 Taking 110 kV substation as an example, this paper designs the health status index evaluation and maintenance system of secondary equipment in substation. Starting with the construction and analysis of the health model of secondary equipment, this paper introduces the structure and construction method of the health model of secondary equipment. Then, the selection method of secondary equipment condition evaluation index is expounded, and the index weight of secondary equipment condition evaluation model is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Based on the analytic hierarchy process method, the state of secondary equipment is evaluated, and the realization path of on-line monitoring system of secondary equipment in substation is given. The system is used to monitor the operation status of secondary equipment in real time, and to continuously evaluate the availability, safety and performance of secondary equipment. Finally, the actual operation effect of the system is analyzed. It is verified that the system can find the fault of secondary equipment in time, which is conducive to ensuring the safe and stable operation of all equipment in the substation.
