【摘要】 在2018年首届中国国际进口博览会(以下简称"进博会")上,大型智能高端设备展示是一大亮点。这类设备具有体积大、精密度高、不便运输等特点,对进博会展前、展中以及展后的"保税物流"提出了新的需求。该文针对该项需求,以进驻上海外高桥保税区的乔治费歇尔精密机床(上海)有限公司(以下简称GF公司)为例,提出海关监管方式由"物理围网"向"电子围网"转变、提升监管便利化、充分利用保税区常年展示交易平台及拓展出区展示业务等建议,以利节约物流成本、提高通关效率,更好满足大型智能高端设备在进博会6天展示及国内365天常年展示等业务需求,打造永不落幕进博会。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2018 China International Import Expo(CIIE), the exhibition for large intelligent high-end equipments was one of the highlights. With the characteristics of big capacity, high precision and inconvenient transportation, these equipments make a new request for the bonded logistical service during the whole process. This study, through analyzing the practice of GF(Georg Fischer Precision Machine Tool(Shanghai)Co., Ltd.), puts forward a series of suggestions like upgrading the Customs surveillance from "physical fence" to "digital fence", facilitating the effective supervision, making full use of perennial display and trading platform in bonded area, as well as exploring the new mode of displaying the equipments outside bonded area. It is useful to save logistics cost, improve customs clearance efficiency, and fully meet the requirements for the exhibition of international large intelligent high-end equipments in"6 + 365"perennial mode to forge the CIIE into the fair that never ends.更多还原
