计及恶劣天气因素的区域后备保护新方案

【摘要】 针对恶劣天气条件下,广域信息同步困难以及信息缺失的情况,提出一种基于线路故障函数的区域后备保护方案。首先,计及天气因素的影响,利用贝叶斯定理量化距离保护动作时的线路故障概率;然后,将量化的故障概率定义为距离保护对线路的可信度,并作为权重建立距离保护动作信息的线路故障函数;最后,利用线路故障函数在正常与故障情况下的取值差异,构造了具备容错性的故障识别判据。新英格兰10机39节点系统和陕西330kV电网的仿真结果表明,该方案在距离保护动作信息缺失或有误的情况下,仍能准确定位,且不受系统数据不同步的影响。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that wide-area information is difficult to be synchronized and easily missed in adverse weather conditions,a regional backup protection scheme has been presented based on the fault factor of transmission lines(FFOTL).Firstly,considering the impact of weather factors,the fault probability of transmission line swas quantified by the Bayes theorem.Then,the quantitative fault probability was defined as the reliability of the lines distance protection,and it was applied as weight to build the fault function of transmission lines.Finally,the fault recognition criterion with fault tolerance was constructed based on the value difference of the fault function on the condition of normal and fault.Simulation results of the new England 10-gen-erator 39-bus system and the ShanXi 330 kV power grid show that the method can locate the fault lines accurately under the situation of lacking or having inaccuracy action information for distance protection,and it is not affected by the non-synchronous in formation.
