【Abstract】 With the development of national fundamental geographic information database, the developmental stage is shown from construction to full updating and dynamic updating. The traditional updating technique of indoor and field production hasn’t meet the requirement of rapid update. This article is focused on the design of hardware and software, combined of GIS/GPS/3G technique, integrating the functions of geographic information capture, wireless data transfer, security processing and so forth, proposes a new pattern of online surveying combined with centralized management and distributed fieldwork, which provides a new idea and technical route for rapid update of geographic information.更多还原
