【摘要】 设计了一种可实现中间轴深框无序状态100%抓取并实现将其精确传递加工设备非标集成装置。该装置能适应所有中间轴,通过快换工装,可实现棒料、万向节等其他零件无需上料,该装置不仅代替人工,实现企业节约人力资源,还解决了传动自动化装置需人工弯腰取料难题。通过实际应用,实现了100%绝对稳定性。

【Abstract】 A non-standard integrated device was designed to capture the disordered state of deep frame of intermediate shaft and transfer it accurately. The device can adapt to all intermediate shaft, through quick change tooling, can realize bar material, universal joint and other parts do not need to feed, the device not only replace manual, realize the enterprise to save human resources, but also solve the transmission automation device need manual bending to take material problem. Through practical application, it has achieved 100% absolute stability.
