【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析中医综合治疗对胫骨平台术后康复的影响。方法:纳入胫骨平台手术后康复的患者341例,分为治疗组(中医治疗,91例)及对照组(常规治疗,250例),应用倾向性评分方法,对两组患者进行匹配,并用匹配后的新样本作为研究对象(两组各35例)。分别对两组患者术前,随访1、3及6个月4个时间点的膝关节功能评分(HSS评分)、胫骨平台后倾角(PA)及关节活动度(ROM)进行比较,运用HSS评分作为总疗效的评估标准。结果:治疗组HSS评分及PA在康复3个月及6个月时显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),在康复6个月时ROM显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医药综合康复治疗,能提高胫骨平台骨折术后半年的康复疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effects of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture patients. Methods: A total of 341 patients with tibial plateau fractures were divided into treatment group(TCM treatment, 91 cases) and control group(conventional treatment, 250 cases), patients were matched by using propensity score matching, 35 pairs of patients were respectively matched in each group. The scores of HSS, PA and ROM were compared between the two groups at four time points: preoperatively, at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment, and the HSS score was used as the evaluation standard of the total effect. Results: HSS scores and PA in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months of rehabilitation(P<0.05, P<0.01). ROM was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group at 6 months of rehabilitation(P<0.05). Conclusion: The rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the rehabilitation effect of tibial plateau fracture half a year after operation.更多还原
