【Abstract】 At present,L-lysine sulfate product has no uniform industry standards and national standards.It is very necessary to choose a suitable detection method for determination of L-lysine.The automatic amino acid analyzer method and the ninhydrin colorimetric method were used for determination of lysine in this article.Two detection methods were compared and analyzed to provide reference data for the eventual establishment of L-lysine sulfate product industry and national standard.更多还原
