太阳能电池背板用PE膜的结构设计与耐老化性能

【摘要】 利用白色母粒和抗老化母粒作为改性母粒,对太阳能电池背板用聚乙烯(PE)膜进行三层结构设计,研究了PE膜结构设计对其力学性能的影响,PE膜内层组分中不同含量的抗老化母粒对PE膜与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)膜复合粘接强度的影响,PE膜外层组分中不同含量的抗老化母粒对PE膜与乙烯–乙酸乙烯酯塑料(EVAC)胶膜复合粘接强度的影响,PE膜中层组分含量设计对其耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,设计PE膜总厚度为60μm,以正态分布的三层结构可以提高PE膜的力学性能。当PE膜内层厚度为18μm、内层组分中抗老化母粒含量为6%时,PE膜与PET膜复合粘接强度为7.2N/(10mm)。当PE膜外层厚度为18μm外层组分中抗老化母粒含量为3%时,PE膜与EVAC胶膜复合粘接强度为70N/(10mm)。当PE膜内层、中层、外层厚度分别为18,24,18μm、中层组分中抗老化母粒含量为6%时,PE膜耐紫外辐照能量可以达到105(kW·h)/m2,耐高温高湿老化时间达到2 800h。

【Abstract】 White master batch and ageing-resistance functional master batch were used as modification master batch,the threelayer structure design of polyethylene(PE) film used for solar battery back-sheet was carried out. The effects of PE film structure design on its mechanical properties were studied,the effects of different contents of ageing-resistance master batch in PE film inner layer on composite bonding strength of PE film and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film,the effects of different contents of ageingresistance master batch in PE film outer layer on the thermo compression composite bonding strength of PE film and ethylene-vinyl acetate plastic(EVAC) film,the effects of medium component content design on ageing-sesistance of PE film. The results show that the designed total thickness of PE film is 60 μm,and the three-layer structure with Gaussian distribution can improve the mechanical properties of PE film. When the inner layer thickness of PE film is 18 μm and the ageing-resistance master batch content in the inner layer is 6%,the composite bonding strength between PE film and PET film is 7.2 N/(10 mm). When the outer layer thickness of the PE film is 18 μm and the ageing-resistance master batch content in the outer layer is 3%,the thermo compression composite bonding strength between PE film and EVAC film is 70 N/(10 mm). When the thickness of inner layer,middle layer and outer layer of PE film is 18,24,18 μm and the content of ageing-resistance master batch in middle layer is 6%,the ultraviolet radiation energy of PE film can reach 105(kW · h)/m2,and the ageing time at high temperature and humidity can reach 2 800 h.
