【摘要】 黄芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略》,主治血痹,隶属于痹症,相当于西医风湿病范畴。风、寒、湿、热之气相引久而不去致痰、瘀、气、血相结,经络瘀阻为痹症的病机。又因"瘀血不去,新血不生",日久易致成气虚内热体质。因此,其治疗应在益气通阳、合营行痹的基础上酌加清热解毒、软坚散结、补益扶正等药物,更应结合临床辨证施治。举案两则以说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction comes from Synopsis Golden Chamber, it mainly treats Xuebi which belongs to Bizheng, cor-respond rheumatism of Western medicine. Wind, cold, dampness and heat stay for a long time, and then lead to the combination of phlegm, blood-stasis, qi and blood. Main and collateral channels and blood stasis are the pathology of Bizheng. Since blood stasis doesn ’t disappear, new blood cannot be produced, after a long period of time, it ’s easy to lead to the physique of deficiency energy and intrinsic heat. Therefore, the treatment of Bizheng should be based on Yiqi Tongyang and Heying Xingbi, then add the medicine of clearing away heat, toxic material and resolving hard lump, tonifying and strengthening the body resistance. Even more, we should identify patterns and administer treatment with the combination of clinical. Two cases are given to present its application.更多还原
