【摘要】 目的:探讨逆针三阴交穴(SP6)改善女性围绝经期综合征的作用机制。方法:3月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、逆针组,测定随后去势大鼠子宫雌激素受体(ER)的含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组子宫ER水平显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,逆针组子宫E2水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:逆针三阴交穴能提高随后去卵巢大鼠子宫ER水平,从而提高子宫雌激素的利用率,以发挥更大的生物学效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the mechanism of preventive-acupuncture(PA) at Sanyinjiao(SP6) in the treatment of woman with Perimenopausal Syndrome(PMS).Methods 3 months old female SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,euzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the content of the uterine estrogen receptor(ER).Results In comparison with the normal group,ER in the rats of model group decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,ER in the rats of PA group increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The "preventive acupuncture" at Sanyinjiao(SP6) can improve the uterine ER of ovariectomized rats,which can play a more important biological effect by improving the utilization rate of uterine estrogen.更多还原
