玉米棒三叶叶绿素含量遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of Chlorophyll Contentin of Three-ear-leaves in Maize
【摘要】 叶绿素是植物进行光合作用时最重要的一类色素,其含量是决定植物光合效率和产量的重要因素之一。本研究以包含226份玉米自交系的关联群体为材料,对2种环境下玉米棒三叶的叶绿素含量进行遗传分析。结果表明,2种环境下棒三叶叶绿素含量均表现为正态分布,且不同环境下棒三叶的叶绿素含量呈极显著正相关,在安顺试点和毕节试点相关系数分别为0.74~1和0.94~1,进一步表明棒三叶叶绿素含量的生物合成调控存在相互协同促进作用。棒三叶叶绿素含量的方差分析结果显示,其基因型效应、环境效应、基因型与环境互作效应均达极显著水平,表明遗传变异显著,存在较大的环境影响。此外,棒三叶叶绿素含量的遗传力较大,穗上叶遗传力为0.77,穗位叶为0.77,穗下叶为0.75,对该部分性状进行遗传分析,能够定位到相关的遗传区段。
【Abstract】 Chlorophyll is one of the most important pigments in plant photosynthesis, and its content is one of the most important factors in determining plant photosynthetic efficiency and yield. In this study, the genetic analysis of chlorophyll contentin of three-ear-leaves in maize under two environments was conducted with 226 corn-inbred lines as the materials. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of three-ear-leaves was normally distributed under the two environments, and the chlorophyll content of three-ear-leaves showed extremely significant positive correlation under different environments. The correlation coefficients at Anshun region and Bijie region were 0.74—1 and 0.94—1 respectively, which further indicated that there was a synergistic promotion effect on the biosynthesis regulation of chlorophyll content of three-ear-leaves. The results of variance analysis of chlorophyll content of three-ear-leaves showed that genotype, environmental and interaction between genotype and environment reached extremely significant(p<0.01) correlation, indicating significant genetic variation and significant environmental impact. Indicating the significant genetic variation resulting from environmental influence. In addition, the heritability of chlorophyll content in the three-ear-leaves was relatively large, the heritability of the upper ear leaf was 0.77, the ear position leaf being 0.77, and the lower ear leaf was 0.75. The genetic analysis of part of characteristics could be used to locate the relevant genetic section.
