【Abstract】 The aim of the reform of the medical and health service cost is to readjust the quantitative relationship among the different cost components to make sure that every component is within the binding control of the market force of supply and demand and within the effective rein of the government, making the reform an impressive instrument is the proper allocation of medical and health resources. Therefore, the factors of production (including labor, capital and natural resources) must be respectively evaluated and the labor cost of a medical and health unit duly calculated. All the cost components must be put under the effect of market force of supply and demand. Finally, an ideal way of passing on the cost of medical and health cost is to be fixed.更多还原
