【摘要】 目的:研究载依替米星骨水泥体外释药特性。方法:将依替米星包埋在骨水泥中,固化后的骨水泥用洗提法进行药物释放试验,用高效液相色谱法测定药物在37℃模拟体液中的释放情况。结果:依替米星从骨水泥中释放,有突释效应,释放周期在1个月以上,药物释放速率和浓度与骨水泥中药物的包埋量有关。结论:将依替米星以适当方法包埋在骨水泥中可制备稳定的药物缓释体系,该体系具有缓释的特性。本实验观察的释放规律可以为临床合理使用提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the characteristics of etimicin-loaded bone cements in vitro elution.METHODS The release of etimicin from the compound was observed in simulated conditions.RESULTS The release of etimicin from the bone cement is explosed in one day and last longer than 1 month in vitro.The rate and the concentration of release are concerned with the dose in bone cement.CONCLUSION Etimicin-loaded bone cements have delayed release characteristics and the dose influence release regularity.The release regularity observed in this experiment can provid reasonable suggestion for clinical application.更多还原
