甜菜细胞质雄性不育系和保持系花期几种酶活性的比较

【摘要】 利用稳定的甜菜雄性不育系1A、2A为材料,以其相应的保持系1B、2B为对照,在花期取花和叶为试材,对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)3种酶的活性与甜菜雄性不育的关系进行了分析。结果表明,甜菜不育性的表现仅和花蕾中POD和SOD的活性降低有关;而CAT活性在花蕾和叶片中不育系和保持系之间均无明显差异。

【Abstract】 The activities of the enzyme SOD,POD and CAT in leaves and flower buds of cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS) sugarbeet lines 1A and 2A and their maintainers 1B and 2B purified for generations was analyzed on flowers and leafs during Anthesis.The results showed that the expression of CMS sugarbeet related to the decrease of POD and SOD activities,there was a significant difference in activities of SOD and POD between CMS and their maintainer lines in flower buds,but there was no significantly different to activity of CAT.It showed that the genes related to cytoplasmic male sterility probably expressed in the reproductive organ and it had no effect on the nutritive organ.
