偶联剂KH-550修饰蒙脱土及MC尼龙/蒙脱土复合材料的制备与性能研究
Modification of Montmorillonite with Coupling Agent KH-550 and Preparation and Properties of Melting Casting Nylon/Montmorillonite Composites
【摘要】 利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)在水相中插层蒙脱土 ,再利用硅烷偶联剂KH 5 5 0与蒙脱土发生反应 ,制得有机蒙脱土。X射线衍射及傅立叶红外光谱测试结果表明 :KH 5 5 0进入蒙脱土层间并与其层间羟基发生反应。用该有机蒙脱土成功制备了MC尼龙复合材料。复合材料的XRD、FT IR和Molau实验结果表明 :蒙脱土层间距扩大 ,MC尼龙 (铸型尼龙 )已进入蒙脱土层间 ;蒙脱土的加入改变了尼龙的晶型 ,当蒙脱土填充量为 2 %时 ,α/γ比例最大。同时 ,蒙脱土的加入提高了复合材料的韧性和热分解温度 ,使材料具有一定的阻燃性能。
【Abstract】 Montmorillonite was first intercalated with N-hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and subsequently with KH-550.XRD and FT-IR showed that KH-550 was intercalated between the layers of the montmorillonite and reacted with the hydroxide groups on the layers’ surface.Nylon 6/montmorillonite composites was also prepared in which the modified clay was dispersed.XRD showed that the layer-spacing was enlarged by the MC nylon.FT-IR and Molau indicated the clay changed the crystal ratio.When the amount of the modified clay was 2 %,a maximum of α/γ ratio was exhibited.Montmorillonite improved the toughness and thermal stability of MC nylon.
