【摘要】 蔬菜蓟马在我国的危害呈逐年上升趋势，有必要筛选防治蓟马的优良药剂。本研究评价了新型间二酰胺类杀虫剂环丙氟虫胺对不同蓟马的室内毒力和田间药效。结果表明，环丙氟虫胺对豆大蓟马、西花蓟马、花蓟马、瓜蓟马、葱蓟马和茶黄硬蓟马的成虫和若虫均具有较高毒力，LC50值均小于5 mg·L^-1,10%环丙氟虫胺可分散液剂（DC）对西花蓟马、花蓟马、葱蓟马和瓜蓟马表现出较高的田间防效，在9 g·hm^-2施用剂量下，药后7 d的防效均高于85%。综上，环丙氟虫胺有望成为防治蔬菜蓟马的理想药剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The damage caused by thrips is progressively increasing year after year,thus it is imperative to screen insecticides for their efficacy in controlling thrips.In this study,the laboratory toxicity and field efficacy of cyproflanilide,a novel meta-diamide insecticide,were evaluated against various species of thrips.The results demonstrated that cyproflanilide exhibited high toxicity towards both adults and nymphs of Megalurothrips usitatus,Frankliniella occidentalis,F. intonsa,Thrips palmi,T. tabaci,Scirtothrips dorsalis with LC50 values below 5 mg · L-1.Furthermore,when applied at a dose of 9 g · hm^-2 as a 10%cyproflanilide DC formulation in the field trials,it displayed excellent control efficacy against F. occidentalis,F. intonsa,T. palmi,and T. tabaci with control efficacy exceeding 85% after 7 days.Consequently,cyproflanilide will be an ideal insecticide for effectively managing thrips infestations on vegetables.更多还原
