【摘要】 目的观察依达拉奉联合丹参粉针治疗鼻咽癌放疗后放射性脑损伤的近期治疗效果。方法将我中心收治的鼻咽癌放射后脑损伤患者30例分为治疗组和对照组各15例。对照组仅予激素及高压氧治疗等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉联合丹参粉针治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的病灶体积及ADL评分变化。结果两组患者在治疗1个月后头颅MRI病灶体积和ADL评分均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合丹参粉针对鼻咽癌放疗后脑损伤有明显治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with salvia powder injection in treatment of radiation encephalopathy(REP) after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 30 patients with REP were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n=15) was treated with edaravone and salvia powder injection,inaddition to the conventional therapy; The control group was treated with the conventional therapy. Then 1esion volume in cranial MRI and the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The lesion volume in MRI in the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group significantly(P<0.05); the ADL scores in the treatment group increased more than those in the control group significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone and salvia powder injection can significantly improve the therapeutic effect for REP.更多还原
