【Abstract】 The phenomena of frequently vibration alarm shutdown often occurred on a flue gas expander which in a refinery fluid catalytic crackin(gFCC) unit.Three fault reasons were analyzed from catalyst,cyclone separator and process operation.Some reasonable treatment measures were also put forward in order to alleviate the blades of flue gas expander scaling and abrasion condition.更多还原
