低强度脉冲超声调控间充质干细胞在组织再生领域的研究进展
Research progress of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound regulation of mesenchymal stem cells in the field of tissue regeneration
【摘要】 低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)作为一种经济、安全的物理疗法,常用于治疗骨不连续和组织愈合。间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有高度自我更新和多向分化能力,是再生医学重要的种子细胞。LIPUS与MSCs的联合应用可调控MSCs的增殖、迁移、细胞活性和多向分化等能力,有效促进MSCs在骨、软骨、血管、神经等组织再生,抑制脂肪组织的再生。因此本文对近年来LIPUS调控MSCs在不同组织中修复再生的作用机制进行综述,为LIPUS在组织再生领域的延续研究和临床转化提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS) is an economical and safe physical therapy, and usually used to treat bone discontinuities and tissue healing. Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) are important seed cells in regenerative medicine with high self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation ability. The combined application of LIPUS and MSCs can regulate the proliferation, migration, cell activity, multi-directional differentiation and other abilities of MSCs, effectively promote the regeneration of MSCs in bone, cartilage, blood vessels, nerves, and other tissues, and inhibit the regeneration of adipose tissue. Therefore, this article reviews the mechanism of LIPUS regulating the repair and regeneration of MSCs in different tissues in recent years, provides theoretical basis for the continuous research and clinical transformation of LIPUS in the field of tissue regeneration.
