【摘要】 阴道镜下宫颈活检是宫颈细胞学异常和(或)高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者确诊的重要方法。临床上阴道镜下宫颈活检时一般不进行麻醉。随着患者对阴道镜检查舒适度要求的提高,近年来临床医师开始使用多种镇痛技术以减轻阴道镜检查和宫颈活检时患者的疼痛。非药物镇痛方式不良反应少,但镇痛效果不佳且不同患者镇痛效果差异较大;药物镇痛方式中,局部麻醉镇痛效果好,但不良反应发生率高,表面麻醉镇痛效果与局部麻醉类似且不良反应较小。多种方法联合应用的镇痛效果强于单一方法,但目前尚无确切方案,仍需更多临床研究提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical biopsy under colposcopy is an important method for the diagnosis of patients with abnormal cervical cytology and/or high-risk human papilloma virus infection. Clinically,anesthesia is generally not performed during cervical biopsy under colposcopy. With the improvement of patients’ requirements for the comfort of colposcopy,in recent years,researchers began to use a variety of analgesic techniques to reduce pain during colposcopy and cervical biopsy. Non-drug analgesia has few adverse reactions but poor analgesic effects and large differences between different patients; local drug analgesia has good analgesic effects but high incidence of adverse reactions,while the topical anesthesia has similar analgesic effect to the local anesthesia but minor adverse reactions. The analgesic effect of the combined application of multiple methods is stronger than a single method,but there is no exact plan at present,and more clinical studies are still needed to provide evidences.更多还原
