【Abstract】 A pre-prescription review system has been used to review all outpatient orders in real time.Since the deployment and operation of the pre-prescription review system from November 2021, more than420 000 prescriptions have been reviewed, and the prescription rationality rate has been increased from96.49% at the beginning of operation to 98.07%. The system can optimize the workflow and promote rational drug use, which provides a sample for promotion and application of the pre-prescription review software system in primary medical institutions.更多还原
