SARS-CoV-2和SARS-CoV激活NLRP3炎性小体的机制研究进展
Advances in research on the mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV activating NLRP3 inflammasome
【摘要】 NOD样受体家族核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)炎性小体是一种多蛋白复合体,参与机体炎症状态的产生。新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)和严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)都可以作用于宿主体内的NLRP3炎性小体,导致全身免疫系统的激活,过度的炎症激活将会导致严重的临床表现和较差的预后。本文将阐述SARS-CoV-2和SARS-CoV的不同蛋白激活NLRP3炎性小体的机制,以期更好地为SARS-CoV-2感染患者的针对性治疗提供帮助。
【Abstract】 The nod-like receptor family, pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3) inflammasome is a multi-protein complex, which participates in the generation of inflammation. Both severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARSCoV-2) and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV) can act on the NLRP3 inflammasome, leading to the activation of the systemic immune system, and the excessive inflammatory response could result in severe clinical manifestations and poor prognosis. In this review, the distinct mechanisms by which different proteins of SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV activate the NLRP3 inflammasome will be discussed, to provide better help for treating patients with SARSCoV-2.
