多针-平板电极介质阻挡放电的研究
Surface modification of material with multineedle-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge
【摘要】 通过电压 电流波形图和电压 电荷李萨育图形的测量 ,研究了空气中多针 平板电极介质阻挡放电的特性 ,比较了这种放电和平板 平板电极介质阻挡放电的区别。并通过接触角测量 ,比较了这两种形式放电对聚四氟乙烯进行表面改性的效果。试验结果表明 ,在相同的条件下 ,与平板 平板电极介质阻挡放电相比较 ,多针 平板电极介质阻挡放电具有较大的放电功率 ,能够对表面形状复杂的材料进行处理 ,且放电空间内更难产生细丝 ;用这种放电对聚四氟乙烯进行表面改性 ,能在较短的时间内获得与平板 平板电极介质阻挡放电相同的效果。
【Abstract】 The discharge characteristics of multineedle-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge in ambient air are studied by the measurement of its voltage-current waveform and voltage-charge Lissajous figure. The differences between this kind of discharge and plate-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge are compared, and the effects of these two discharges on PTFE surface modification are studied by the contact angle measurement. Results show that, under the same conditions, the multineedle-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge can generate more active species than the plate-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge, and shorter time is needed to get the same effect as the plate-to-plate dielectrics barrier discharge in PTFE surface modification.
