【摘要】 目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:将519例慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为超声治疗组及激光治疗组,观察其治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:宫颈中度糜烂聚焦超声与激光疗效相当,轻度及重度糜烂聚焦超声优于激光;聚焦超声治疗后阴道排液及阴道流血发生率明显低于激光。结论:治疗轻、重度宫颈糜烂聚焦超声治疗优于激光治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of chronic cer-vicitis.Methods:519 cases of chronic cervicitis were divided randomly into ultrasound group and laser group.The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were observed.Results:The healing rate of the mild and severe cervical erosion was significant different between HIFU group and control group (P<0.05).The side-effects rate including vaginal discharge and colporrharge was lower in the HIFU group.Conclusion: HIFU is an effective treatment for chronic cervicitis.更多还原
