利用D309树脂从含砷钨杂多酸溶液中回收钨的研究
Study on Recovery of Tungsten from Solution Containing Arsenotungstic Heteropoly Acid by D309 Resin
【摘要】 采用D309大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂从含砷钨杂多酸的白钨矿盐酸浸出液中回收钨并将其转型为钨酸铵溶液,研究了D309树脂对[AsW12O40]3-的吸附等温线、吸附动力学、吸附和解吸的工艺条件。结果表明:D309树脂对[AsW12O40]3-的吸附过程遵循Langmuir等温方程,为单分子层吸附;吸附过程的控制步骤为颗粒扩散;在温度55℃、反应时间1 h、液固比2.5∶1的最佳条件下,钨的吸附率可达99.90%;在温度55℃、反应时间3 h、氨水浓度210 g/L、液固比1.25∶1的最佳条件下,钨的解吸率为91.78%。
【Abstract】 D309 macroporous weakly basic anion exchange resin was used to recover tungsten from the hydrochloric acid leaching solution of scheelite containing arsenotungstic heteropoly acid and transform it into ammonium tungstate solution.The adsorption isotherm, adsorption kinetics, and process conditions of adsorption and desorption of [AsW12O40]3- by D309 resin were investigated.The results show that the adsorption process of [AsW12O40]3- by D309 resin fits Langmuir isothermal equation and is monolayer adsorption.The control step of the adsorption process is particle diffusion.Under the optimal conditions of temperature of 55 ℃,reaction time of 1 h and liquid-solid ratio of 2.5∶1,the adsorption rate of tungsten can reach 99.90%.Under the optimal conditions of temperature of 55 ℃,reaction time of 3 h, ammonia concentration of 210 g/L and liquid-solid ratio of 1.25∶1,the desorption rate of tungsten is 91.78%.
