【摘要】 目的 探究经颅磁治疗仪配合重塑自尊训练在抑郁症患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法 按随机数表法将徐州市东方人民医院2023年2月～2024年1月收治的抑郁症患者60例分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例），对照组给予经颅磁治疗仪干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予重塑自尊训练，并观察两组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、社会功能康复情况、自尊量表（SES）评分情况。正态计量资料采用t检验，计数资料采用x~2检验。结果 观察组的护理总有效率为90.00%，显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05）。干预后两组患者的HAMA和HAMD评分值较干预前均显著降低（P<0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。干预后，两组护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）评分较干预前均显著升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。干预后，两组的自尊量表（SES）评分较干预前均升高，且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 经颅磁治疗仪配合重塑自尊训练在抑郁症患者康复护理中的应用效果良好，可有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，改善社会功能，提高自尊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of transcranial magnetic therapy instrument combined with rebuilding self-esteem training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with depression.Methods According to random number table method,60 patients with depression admitted to Xuzhou Oriental People’s Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group was given transcranial magnetic therapy intervention,and the observation group was given self-esteem reconstruction training on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores,social function rehabilitation and self-esteem scale (SES) scores of the two groups were observed.T test was used for normal measurement data and x~2 test was used for counting data.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%)(P<0.05).After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups were significantly decreased as compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the nurse observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) scores of both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,SES scores of both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group had significantly higher scores than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying transcranial magnetic therapy instrument combined with self-esteem reconstruction training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with depression can achieve good effects,which can effectively relieve the patients’anxiety and depression,improve social function and enhance self-esteem.更多还原
