【摘要】 目的 从积极心理学视角，探讨家庭功能和复原力之间的关系，以及积极心理资本在其中的中介作用。方法 采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版、大学生复原力量表、积极心理资本问卷，于2023年4月采用整群代表性抽样方法对广州市某高校688名大学生进行测查，并对数据进行相关分析、回归分析和中介效应分析。结果 (1)家庭功能显著正向预测大学生的积极心理资本和复原力水平（β=0.033,P<0.001;β=0.028,P<0.001）；(2)积极心理资本能显著正向预测大学生复原力（β=0.394,P<0.001）；(3)家庭功能既直接对复原力产生影响，又通过积极心理资本间接影响复原力，即积极心理资本在家庭功能与复原力之间起部分中介作用（β=0.013,P<0.001）。结论 家庭功能和积极心理资本共同影响着大学生的复原力水平，为今后对大学生复原力的培育提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between family function and resilience and the mediating role of positive psychological capital from the perspective of positive psychology. Methods Using the family adaptability and cohesion scale, resiliency scale for university students, and positive psycap questionnair, 688 college students in a university in Guangzhou were investigated by cluster representative sampling method in April 2023, and the data were analyzed by correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. Results(1)Family function positively predicted the level of positive psychological capital and resilience(β=0.033, P<0.001; β=0.028, P<0.001).(2)Positive psychological capital could positively predict the resilience of college students(β=0.394, P<0.001).(3)Family function not only directly affected resilience, but also indirectly affected resilience through positive psychological capital, that is, positive psychological capital played a partial mediating role between family function and resilience(β=0.013, P<0.001). Conclusion Family function and positive psychological capital jointly affect the resilience level of college students, which provides scientific basis for the cultivation of college students’ resilience in the future.更多还原
